Delivery & Consumer Rights

1. Delivery Information

We deliver our energy-efficient technology products across the United Kingdom. As many of our items are specialized equipment used in architectural projects, delivery times may vary:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3-5 business days.
  • Specialized Equipment: Up to 14 business days (depending on stock availability).
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout via Stripe.

2. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order starting from the moment you place it and ending 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

How to exercise your right:

To cancel, you must inform us via email at info@jetarchdesignltd.shop. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to our Wokingham office.

3. Refunds & Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Stripe) within 5-10 business days.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If the technology arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
